Respect my authority

I may look small in the office. I may have less experience. But it doesn't mean that my words vanish in the air. I already give myself a chance not to beat you up. I try to act professional and all that. You come around my back AGAIN and tell Mr. B that you have "nothing much to do". I already tried to accept that it's my leadership problem the first time, and you still try to attack me. Hello?? You are in a 50 ppl office, it's highly unlikely that work will occupy you every single minute. Stop acting like a baby and whine to others when you have one moment of free time. And STOP misusing the word "free". Free means you have nothing to do, but in fact, I have gave you tasks where you just overlooked them as shitty work. You chose to twidle your fingers doesn't mean that you have finished your work and can call yourself "free". I can't wait to witness you working with others and to see how others will have to babysit you.

It's even more ridicous when Mr. B has to be over this matter and tell you to do copy and paste other project's info into this project when we are not even at the stage of design yet. At least comparatively, my task to you is more constructive because this is just a complete waste of time. Even my supervisor wonders why we need to be in such a rush in doing this project. It's not my problem!! If you didn't press the false alarm, the fire truck wouldn't come just to "do something about it".

It's okay that you treat Mr. B like god and treat me like a mouse, but you don't say in front of me, "Phew~ after talking to Mr. B, I finally know what to do." At that moment, I was just about to explode. I come to you everyday, telling you what to do, asking you if you have any question. And you come up with this conclusive statement that denies all my baby-sitting effort. If you think right is wrong and wrong is right, go ahead, because my words don't mean any thing to you anyways. I rather save my effort to do something else.
